Stronger Than Ever: How Continuous Glass Fibers Transform 3D Printing

Typically, short fibers added to filaments improve printability, but they don't significantly enhance strength. However, when continuous glass fibers are added directly into the 3D printing process, they make the prints virtually unbreakable in some of my tests. The strength improvement is most notable in the X-Y direction. These prints were made using the Markforged Onyx Pro 3D printer, and this testing was requested by one of my Patreon supporters from the UK.
