I am running a giveaway to celebrate reaching 5,000 subscribers on my YouTube channel. The giveaway is not sponsored or managed by YouTube in any way, I am the only manager and organizer responsible for it

Once I reach 5,000 subscribers, I will run a live stream in which I will pick the winner, live on stream, among the users who left a comment in the original raffle video
If you win, you will have to send me an email at the email address I will announce in the stream, and let me know that you are the person who won. I will then reply with a special secret code and you will have to add that code to the original comment that you dropped, by using the "Edit" function on your own comment. This will prove to me that you are the owner of that YouTube account that left the winning comment
I will then write you another email to plan the delivery of the prize so that you can receive it most easily
Your personal data will not be used or shared with third parties, in any way. I will only use it to contact you and plan the delivery of the giveaway prize
