We get fear of failure, getting disappointed, insulted, ignored etc when we do not get what we desire or in other words when we fail to get our desired result. This Fear is most of the time imaginary and not real but it causes disturbance in the mind.
This video deals with the subject in very simple and practical manner to guide and help people having fear and anxiety. It also describes how to overcome fear and get success and happiness in our life.Five methods have beed discussed.
