These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) apply to and regulate the provision of Door Step Banking through universal Touch Point services offered by 18 Public Sector Banks ([PSU] Banks mentioned in Annexure- I) for some ‘Financial’ and ‘Non-Financial’ services as listed in (Annexure-II) (hereinafter referred to as "Services") by accepting the Instructions. The services may however be, added/ amended as per requirement or change in business scenario.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meaning stated here under unless indicated otherwise:

(a)"Account" refers to the savings / current / operative account of the Customer with the any Bank, which is designated as eligible account by the Bank for the Services.

(b)“Bank” refers to all the 18 Public Sector Banks, as mentioned in Annexure I.

(c)"Customer" refers to an individual / entity having an account with the Bank and requesting for availing the Services for which request has been accepted by the Bank.

(d)“Service” shall mean collection and delivery of Instruments and/or Documents and/or Cash from Specified Locations (as per Annexure II) pursuant to instructions of Customer in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India Guidelines and Terms and Conditions.

(e)“Service Provider” means any third party service provider engaged by the Bank from time to time, for the purpose of providing the Services.

Terms & Conditions:

The Doorstep Banking Services will be available to resident individual customers:

−having fully KYC compliant Savings Bank (in individual capacity only).

−through mobile number registered with the Bank and having opted for SMS facility.

−the registered address should be within 5-10 Kms from the Home branch. The service will be rendered at the registered Address which is recorded at the CIF level.

−having Joint Account operated as Either or Survivor, Anyone or Survivor, Former or Survivor and Later or Survivor only.

The customer accepts and acknowledges that the doorstep banking services may be provided by the Bank with the involvement of a correspondent bank(s) and/or any courier or other duly authorised third party service provider (“Service Provider”), and
