How to unbrick/unblock Tenda AC11, AC10, AC23 Router after updating to wrong firmware

1. Turn off all Windows Deffender Firewall like on video

2. Download the required firmware only from this links like on video:

But I belive both files will work on any tenda sub-versions from AC10 or AC11, appropriatly.

3. Rename the install file to AC.bin (from one of two install files suitable for your model of router) and move it to C:\ (like on the video)

4. Do 30-30-30 seconds reset.
That mean hold 30 seconds RST/WPS button, than still hold the button while disconectin the router from the power for 30 seconds. And last, while still holding, put the router back on power and hold the button for more 30 seconds. In total you should hold the button for 90 seconds.
I don't belive this step got any impact on whole proces but I still did it in reality with my router.

5. Connect the router with your computer using Enthernet cable via WAN port (IMPORTANT!) so only WAN port NOT another ports!

6. Change IP adresses like on the video
IP: 192.168.1.10
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.2
NS: 192.168.1.2
DNS2: 192.168.1.3

7. Install TFTP like on video

8. Go to CMD like on video
use comand:
cd/
than use one more comand:
tftp -i 192.168.1.6 put AC.bin
*you will get message “Successful transfer“

9. Go back, dont toutch nothing and wait 30-60 seconds.
your router will restart and reset or update by it self.



I decided to make short video after I saw too many people have the same problem like me. Shortly, I fucked up my self as well after updating to newer version of firmware. My router got blocked completely. I found one sollution in one video in comments and than the same sollution I found in one blog.

When i came to last step 9. I gave up, because nothing was happening with the lights on the router for 10-15 sec, and than I went to toalete. When I came back SYS light and WAN light were blinking, because it was trough that port connected to my computer. Checked on my Iphone and my router was visible again.
