Over time the wood can fade so it is important to protect them and keep them looking good by giving them a fresh coat of paint or stain. Painting a fence is difficult and time-consuming with a brush, Craig shows how to complete them quickly with the WAGNER electric paint sprayer. Cleaning the surface is very important to achieve a good finish, clean off loose paint, dirt, moss or algae with a wire brush and jet wash allow it to dry for 24-48 hours prior to spraying. Sand down rough areas. If they are very weathered you will need to give them two to three coats as the wood will be very absorbent.
