This is the former Youngstown Sheet and Tube plant in East Chicago, IN. While not nearly as busy as it once was, the plant still manages to stay open 24/7, now doing business as ArcelorMittal's West Coating plant. On the evening of September 26, 2020, we would stumble across a vehicle marked "Switch Crew" driving into the plant - and instantly knew what that would mean. The Indiana Harbor Belt had dropped off 12 coil cars that needed to be switched around the plant, and what you're seeing is just that!
