1944 Manitowoc Log Loader/ Crawler Crane, 743cu Cummins

1944 MANITOWOC 2000 Crawler Crane/   
Log Loader with heel boom and Acme grapple. $10k OBO.

Unit is set up with a heel boom with a 20ft telescoping hydraulic snorkel boom for added reach. This is a drum and cable machine. It has a 12 volt starter. It has a  50,000 rated capacity as a crane. It is located near Naselle, WA.

ENGINE: We replaced the engine with a rebuilt 743cu 220hp Cummins diesel in 1980.

Warn drum friction and brake linings have been replaced.

55’ of lattice work comes with it, it needs some welding but is salvageable.

This crane has a lot of potential. It would be great for specialty lumber outfit, for building and fabricating on shop site. Basically lifting heavy stuff whatever the case may be.
