With used shaving blades and wooden pieces, you can make this paper shredder at home. It is use useful for making strips required for quilling, similar sized strips for some craft activity or just use it as a makeshift shredder.

As this is hand operated, you can make long strips as well or u can make circular strips with rotation movement.
