Rolling out of Control - The History of MDMA

The history of MDMA takes the substance from a pharmaceutical lab to military research to the lab of Sasha Shulgin and into the hands of Leo Zeff. In therapy sessions around North America and Europe the substance becomes associated with euphoria and empathy. From the 1980s, the dance and rave scene picks it up. Where is ecstasy headed now?
