The principle of fivemen Three-phase Solid-bowl Centrifuge:
Following the principle that the mixed liquid contains insoluble pure, heavy liquids and solid with different density which have different settling velocity in the centrifugal force field, the purpose of separation of layers or settle the solid particles in liquid can be realized.
Because of different density of three phases that comprise the mixed liquid, the centrifugal force they are under is different accordingly: the heavy phase subsides to the inner wall of the rotary drum in high speed under the greater centrifugal force, while the pure phase slowly attaches to the surface of heavy phase. The faster the container rotates, the greater differences of centrifugal force that controls pure and heavy phases mixing the liquid, the faster separation speed. When the container installs the charging, pushing and discharging devices, it functions as a centrifuge which processes advantages of high effectiveness, high speed and continuousness by comparison of gravitational separation.
Fish water continuously flows into the rotary drum with fish scraps continuously being discharged by the spiral discharger, fish oil flows out from the purified liquor outlet on the housing through purified liquor tunnel and sewage being pushed out by the pump.
