Both camera shoots very beautiful video, but there are some Pros and Cons between those two cameras.
C100 Pros
Camcorder controls
Focus peaking
Build-in 6 stops ND Filter
No recording time limit
XLR mic inputs
Full audio control
Dual cards recording
Long battery life
Easy to edit in Post Production

C100 Cons
1.6x crop Super 35mm sensor (Hard to shoot wider focal length)
Build-in codec only shoots AVCHD 24Mbps
(Require external recorder for higher quality)
Can't take photos at all

5D RAW Pros
Compact size
Full Frame (Easy to shoot wider focal length)
14 bit RAW video quality
So much easier to do color grading in "AfterEffects or Photoshop"
Can take photos if you want

5D RAW Cons
No audio while shooting RAW video (Need external audio recorder)
RAW video suck the battery life very quickly
Need an expensive super fast CF card
About 4GB per mintue shooting with RAW
(128GB CF card only holds up about 25mins of RAW video)
Many steps in Post Production
(The RAW video wasn't an official format, so there is no such a software supporting it. It needs to apply a plug in to convert the RAW to DNG format, then use AfterEffects to export the DNG to a video clip. And because the "Magic Lantern hack" bypassed the Digic 5 processor, so all the footages got the wrong color balance. It needs to color grade the video before exporting it)
