In this video we see our patient with 40mm stretched earlobes. Mr. Richards shows his markings and tells us what he will remove. The actual surgery is skipped over and we see the pieces of earlobe that has been removed, with them being shown to the camera and spoken about by Mr. Richards.

After this, Mr. Richards shows both ears, explaining that the slight point we see, is basically just because the ear is still a bit swollen from the local anaesthetic, and once that dissipates it will be back to a more natural curve.

Stretched earlobe repair is a simple and quick procedure. Performed under local anaesthetic, it takes roughly 15-20 minutes per ear. That means both ears being repaired, it will be about an hour from the very start to the end.
