Let’s say that you need to move an entire row, such as in this example. To do this, left click on the number of the row you want to move, here, column 1, so the row is highlighted. From here, hold down the shift key, and move the cursor to the row border, until it becomes a cross arrow pointer. Next, left click and hold and drag over to the place where you want the row to be.
Then release the click and hold and release the shift key, and now the row has been moved.

This will also work with columns, same process, except you left click on the column letter.
