Nothing But the Truth (1929) " Do Something" Vs Boop Oop a Doop (1932)

All these Films were reviewed by Judge McGoldrick, who ruled that Helen had failed to prove that Betty was copying her and could not prove that Betty singing in the same style as kane was a impersonation. The Judge obviously had shit in his eye. Although Grim Natwick who had used Kane's photograph to create Betty, knew the big secret along with the Fleischers & threee of the voices of Betty Boop who had entered the Helen Kane sound-alike & look alike contest years earlier held by paramount and sponsored by Helen Kane.
When i think of todays celebritys & icons, all the so called stealing Who's style & Who copied Who's look goes right back to the 1930's (This Style Stealing mainly happens with Females, becuse most males dont care about how they look (That's why most of them are scary looking hehe!). For example most recently Lil Kim Claims that Nicki Minaj stole her style, although Lil Kim right be somewhat right becuse she was a plastic barbie before minaj, people need to realise this happens all the time and has been going on for ages. Including in the "Cartoon World". Many of the Disney Princesses have been styled on icons, Take Tinkerbell for Example, Marilyn Monroe was the person used to model the character Tinkerbelle, Same facial features and same blonde haircolour. Take Betty Boop for example, she was styled on a 1920's Personality Actress & Singer named Helen Kane. Betty was only meant to have been a one off Parody cartoon who appeared as a "Nameless Singer" in Dizzy Dishes also known as a Caricature of Kane, but instead the creators kept using her in every cartoon they made. Helen later caught on to this, as she claimed that her fans were being stolen and that it was unfair competition, so she launched a lawsuit against them only to loose, becuse she was fighting against paramount & fleischer studios, Not to mention that Helen used to work for paramount. She lost becuse they brought evidence that a black performer had Booped before her, and also they claimed that Betty was styled on Clara Bow, which was untrue. These video clips show that Betty was copying Kane, though her earlier talkartoon career. Even when not singing Kane's songs Betty was still doing the Boop a Doop style. Betty wasnt voiced by Kane, she was voiced by Kate Wright, Ann Rothschild, Mae Questel, Bonnie Poe & Margie Hines, Two of the women were hired as Helen Kane lookalikes while the rest were hired as Helen Kane soundalikes. Needless to say, people copy one another and steal ideas all the time, you should understand this world is corrupt and its very hard to find many new ideas without someone going crazy over something new. people like things from the past, Why'd you think most artists use old backround music in some of they're new music releases?
Also if your wondering why Helen & Betty are singing about being Gay, It's becuse Gay used to mean the word Happy but over the years it changed to describe, Homosexuality???
Gay could have even been a name, or was that Gae or Gail? ... im not sure meh!
Is any other Celebrity/Star or Icon Dumb enough to Sue Cartoon & Video Game Makers over Copyright?
In 2003 Lady Miss Kier from the band Deee-Lite made a suit against SEGA, stating that the creators of Space Channel 5, stole her persona, The court ruled against her claim.
