在云南，吃还没有成熟的水果是一件特别正常的事情，芒果就是比较典型的例子！生芒果味酸，清脆爽口，做菜主要取的也是它独特的酸味，除了加白砂糖，蘸水辣腌制了吃，还可以用来炒肉，凉拌青虾仁……特别开胃哟！

Eating raw fruits is a common practice in Yunnan, one of which is eating the raw mangoes! Raw mango is very sour, crispy and fresh; and we use it mainly for its unique sourness. Besides eating with granulated sugar and hot sauce dressing, it can also be stir-fried with meat or made into cold dish with shrimps. So appetizing!
