Main material: MgO, MgCl, fiber mesh, perlite, saw dust
You can also add coal ash, can change the color. If your country has more coal ash, can also add and replace amount of saw dust and perlite.
1 This is the main production part, we use sucker to suck PVC mould on the machine.
2 This parts is release agent, it will be very easy to separate mould with the PVC MGO board

7. After cutting the MGO board, then transfer into the cage vehicle automatically, each cage vehicle has 20 panels
8 Then transfer the cage vehicle to the first time curing room. In the first curing machine, install cooling and heating system, For the time, it needs about 12 hours, the temperature needs about 40degrees
