Описание к видео Exploring Rishikesh | Ganga Beach | Janki setu | Ram jhula | Parmarth Niketan

Hey guys,
In this vlog i visited Janki setu called janki jhula, Kali kamli ashram, Parmarth Niketan and Ram jhula Beach, This is local short vlog of Rishikesh, i hope you will enjoy the video.

Rishikesh is a city in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, situated in the foothills of the Himalayas along the banks of the Ganges River. It is renowned as a spiritual and pilgrimage center, attracting visitors from around the world. Rishikesh is often referred to as the "Yoga Capital of the World" and is famous for its numerous yoga ashrams and centers where people come to learn and practice yoga and meditation.

Additionally, Rishikesh is known for its picturesque scenery, with the Ganges flowing through the city against the backdrop of the Himalayan foothills. The city is also a gateway to the Char Dham Yatra, a pilgrimage circuit comprising four sacred Hindu sites: Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath.

Rishikesh offers various adventure activities such as white-water rafting, trekking, and camping, making it a popular destination for adventure enthusiasts as well. Moreover, it has a rich cultural heritage and hosts several festivals and events throughout the year, attracting both domestic and international tourists.

Kali Kamli Ashram is one of the numerous ashrams (spiritual retreats) located in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India. However, I don't have specific details about this particular ashram beyond what is generally known about such establishments.

Ashrams in Rishikesh are typically centers for spiritual learning, meditation, yoga practice, and often provide accommodation for devotees, seekers, and travelers. Each ashram may have its own focus, teachings, and practices. Some may specialize in a particular branch of yoga or meditation, while others may offer broader spiritual teachings.

If you're interested in Kali Kamli Ashram specifically, I recommend searching for it online or contacting local tourism offices or spiritual organizations in Rishikesh for more information. They may be able to provide you with details about the ashram's history, activities, and any specific offerings they provide.

Ram Jhula is a prominent suspension bridge in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India. It is one of the iconic landmarks of the city and is located approximately 3 kilometers (1.9 miles) north of the main town area of Rishikesh.

Ram Jhula spans across the Ganges River, connecting the two banks of the river. It is named after Lord Rama, a central figure in the Hindu epic Ramayana. The bridge is similar in structure to another famous bridge in Rishikesh called Laxman Jhula, which is located a short distance upstream.
