1). Seated DB Shoulder Press 5 sets 8-12 reps
2.) Superset: 4 sets 8-12 reps
Arnold DB Shoulder Press
Side Lateral Raises
3). Superset: 4 sets 8-12 reps
BB Upright Rows
DB Front Raises
4). Smith Machine OHP 5 sets 8-12 reps
5). Cables Side Laterals 6 sets 10-12 reps
(not shown)
6). Reverse Pec Deck 3 sets 12 reps w/
5 drop sets no rest 8 reps each drop
Finisher:
Machine Side Laterals 2 sets 15 reps w/
1 drop set beyond failure
