57 Sailing Greece: Samos Island on the North Aegean Sea

We are excited to return to Greece and to sail west through Greece on our way home to see our family for the holidays. On October 22, 2023, we check-out of Didim, Türkiye and begin our journey northwest to the Island of Samos in Greece on the north Aegean Sea. We originally planned to return home for the holidays in December, but Carmela’s father called and asked her to be home by November 23, 2023 for the US “Thanksgiving Day” holiday, so we are on a mission to get to a winter marina within three weeks, so we can then get to an airport to fly home.
