Роботизированная сварка трением с перемешиванием: производственная линия для аккумуляторных поддонов

Описание к видео Роботизированная сварка трением с перемешиванием: производственная линия для аккумуляторных поддонов

Friction stir welding (FSW) is the optimum joining process for non-ferrous metals with low melting temperatures and for mixed metallic joints. In e-mobility in particular, this technology has become established for welding battery trays for EVs and HEVs at many OEMs and Tier 1s from the automotive industry, as the weld meets the high requirements for tightness and crash behaviour. Robot-based FSW is also very flexible to use while maintaining low investment costs compared to gantry systems.
The video shows a complete production line of a battery tray from KUKA and is characterized as follows:
Production line with robot-based FSW, automatic component handling, robot-based deburring and connection to upstream and downstream processes.
Modular cell concept based on the robot-based FSW application module
Complete data integration into the higher-level control system
Suitable for battery trays in e-mobility
KUKA's range of solutions extends from the simple FSW application, through the complete production cell, to the turnkey solution for your application.
