July 2019 Update - I changed the battery in my watch in February 2017 when this video was made and I just now - July 2019 - had to change it again - that's 2 1/2 years on a battery so I'm pretty happy, Used my own instructions and they continue to work fine, although now I can put the new battery in without using tweezers just lightly slipping it in by holding the edges. Some questioned shorting out the battery by using metal tweezers, if you have or want to get plastic tweezers that's fine - or use latex glove, but for the second it takes I don't think it matters much and as I say I got 2 1/2 years out of my battery. The biggest drain on the battery is the light and I use the light at least once every night as I keep it on my nightstand. The first indication your battery is getting weak is when the light doesn't stay on at all and just flashes off.
