अक्सर ऐसा होता है की हमारे पीरियड्स regularly हर महीने होते है और हमारे regular periods miss होने के बावजूद भी हमारी urine pregnancy test negative रहती है। तो ऐसा क्यों होता है?

Urine pregnancy is usually accurate upto the point of 99.5%.So a 3 results of urine pregnancy coming negative is almost sure that she is not pregnant. And a 15 day delayed period would not be because of a pregnancy, it can be many other reasons and it has to be found out. Why would a false report come? It comes because you have done a urine pregnancy early. So you have to wait for a missed period to do a urine pregnancy test. Second thing is, if it is dark yellow coloured urine, here it says it is not a dilute urine, it is a concentrated urine, and done at odd hours. So if you have done 3 early m morning samples and all 3 are negative, unlikely to be a pregnancy test, Rule out other causes of delayed periods and treat appropriately

जब हमारा period regular रहता है, इसका मतलब हमारा ovulation regularly हो रहा है और जब periods मिस होते है तो पहला reason हो सकता है की आप प्रेग्नेंट हो। और हम urine pregnancy test करवाते है। कभी कभी ऐसा हो सकता है की urine pregnancy test kit expired रहता है इसीलिए हमे प्रेगनेंसी टेस्ट negative दिखती है।

कभी प्रेगनेंसी टेस्ट करने की हमे बहोत जल्दी रहती है इसीलिए ये UPT टेस्ट हम जल्दी करवाते है और
ये result negative आता है। कभी कभी ऐसे भी हो सकता है की हमरे पीरियड्स regular है लेकिन ovulation कभी कभी delay हो सकता है। यानि इसके कारन हमरी प्रेगनेंसी टेस्ट late positive आ सकती है। कभी कभी urine pregnancy test kit faulty हो सकती है।

पीरियड्स miss होने के बाद जब आप तुरंत pregnancy test कर रहे है तो सुबह उठने के बाद जो पहला urine sample है इस्पे आपको urine pregnancy test की जांच करनी है।

कभी हम dieting करते है या कभी हमे बहोत स्ट्रेस रहता है या कभी हम बहोत exercise करके weight loss करते है तो भी हमारे period normal रहने के बावजूद भी हमारा ovulation miss हो जाता है और हमारे periods मिस हो जाते है। इस case में भी हमारी UPT टेस्ट negative आती है।
