In this video,we learn why do we study the subject theory of computation and what we are going to learn in this subject Theory Of Computation.Since a computer's basic task of a computer is to do some computation, there is a need to study about the theory behind these computation.For that,we make use of a model of the computing machine or an abstract representation of the computing machine.That model is called automata.To understand the functioning of automata,we should learn about some fundamental concepts such as alphabet,string,language and grammar.In this video,we will discuss how language,grammar and automata are linked to each other.
