This MEGA DRIVE Has a Strange 8 BIT SOUND Fault | Can I FIX It?

I've been asked to look at this Sega Mega Drive 2 (Genesis). It has a really odd fault where it doesn't play all the sounds in games!

As usual, I don't know what I'm doing, but let's have a look at it and see if we can repair it!
