2015 2016 2017 Toyota Camry transmission fluid drain and refill

In this video is my 2016 toyota camry with about 96 thousand plus miles (mostly highway). I just thought it strange that transmission fluid could last the lifetime of the vehicle. I think its a play on words if ur transmission goes there goes the life of your vehicle. I went on Toyota Nation Forum and some people say change it 30 to 50 thousand others say every 60 thousand. so i feel long over due.
