Meet Malik Macklin, a dedicated union plumber from Local 38, working for the Broadway Mechanical team on the Biosolids Digester Facilities Project. Malik is known for his hard work and positive attitude, always showing up with a smile and ready to lend a hand. His contributions as a BDFP team member foster an uplifting culture onsite that truly stands out.

However, after making this video highlighting Malik’s journey as a plumber under Broadway Mechanical for 17 years and his experience at BDFP, his life changed unexpectedly last week when he was the victim of a hit-and-run accident. While he's now stable, his road to recovery will be long. As a dedicated father and caregiver to his mother, Malik needs our support.
