His career spans across aerospace, computer, oilfield, defense industries, and education sectors.

Fascinated by the power of critical thinking, Chuck was inspired by Dr. Wayne Gertmenian's Microeconomics class at Pepperdine. This fascination led him to explore and write about the brain's incredible power when we think critically. His recent books, including Mastering Poker Math Volumes 1 and 2, and the Mastering Poker Math Workbook, showcase his expertise in the practical mathematics of poker.

Living in Georgetown, Texas, Chuck enjoys a variety of activities such as playing Texas No-Limit Hold’em, Pickleball, Argentine Tango, and more. He is also dedicated to giving back, serving as the chairman of the board of advisors for ICAN, the International Cancer Advocacy Network.
