Unit obtained from beating Shine Cyclone
Was supposed to come out like a year ago alongside Bush
But the design for the second form was delayed for so long and not being made
Welp finally it's here better late than never

It also got adjusted before release since it felt too weak
The old style was used only a lil in some past vids
It used to cost 615c & had warp resist & 50% surge resist
Then it got buffed alongside Bush to be cheaper and more effective against target trait

Overall I think I'm kinda satisfied to finally release this now
It seems to be good enough to justify being used yet not too strong
