I'm back on that celery juice cleanse life, but this time instead of juicing for 7 days I juiced for THIRTY DAYS to see if the celery benefits would get even better over the course of a month. Fun fact, my whole life changed during the first 7 days of drinking celery juice last year that I couldn't tell you about then. I know it sounds dramatic, but it's actually not. I am so convinced that I felt significant changes in my body, that I decided that doing this for a month might make a change and help us with our fertility journey that we're on. I did not get pregnant during this 30 day stint, but I am hoping that incorporating more raw veggies and juice into my regular diet will help keep my autoimmune issues at bay and thus help us in the fertility department.
