CHEESE STEAK FRIES

Steak
cheese Velveeta/ provolone/ yellow cheddar
heavy whipping cream
butter
1/2 onion
green or red pepper
seasonings of choice
marinara sauce

5 Potatoes/ cooking oil
cut potatoes into fries
then fry your potatoe fries in a hot skillet till tender

place on the side
chop your cheeses of choice
add your heavy whipping cream to pot with your cheeses till melted
set aside

Cook your chopped steak in a skillet with onions and peppers till done nice and tender
then warm your marinara sauce

place your fries on your plate then place your steak and cheese and sauce ( you can place your sauce on the side if you prefer
I didn't show you my Velveeta cheese I added to my cheeses before plating
you can also add lettuce and tomatoes as part of your toppings
