WBBH NBC2 News Resync

Hey, it's been a while! Last year, WBBH was acquired by Hearst Television. Before they get the full Hearst treatment, I wanted to experiment with some different themes on their custom 2019 Hothaus package. Currently, they're using Stephen Arnold's The Rock, but the way it's implemented feels a bit mismatched.
