Hello Everyone!

If you’re new here, welcome to my channel!
You’ll find all of my workouts here to be under 30 minutes, which is plenty of time for an efficient, effective, and fat burning workout!

When it comes to strength building without using weights, the movements must be done with good control and done with intention of firing the muscle by being mindful, and methodical (Really what’s happening when we use “good control”). These factors do take practice, and with practice overtime you will feel that connection to the working muscles building so much greater!

It may not seem like this would be effective, but trust me it definitely is! Especially so if the work is consistent…once a week just isn't enough.
In addition, the long interval “work” time will be a factor in muscle exhaustion which will also contribute to building muscular strength.

Do your best to keep good “form”, extension, and especially, mindful and methodical movements.
