Gabriel Chrisman, proprietor of Victorian Cycles (www.VictorianCycles.com) explains and demonstrates a reproduction 1880's cross-frame hard tire safety bicycle that he built himself. He tells a little about the history of Victorian bicycles, and how this is the missing link between the Ordinary (high wheel) and the pneumatic safety bike.
