I love teaching crafters who are new to card making my simple method of SIP stamping. It’s a proven method to help you learn how to stamp cards and get you started making cards without needing a lot of supplies and products. It’s also a great stamping technique for experienced card makers who love making quick and easy cards!

This project will show you how to create a SIP card using the Stampin’ Up! stamp set Inked & Tiled. This is a perfect stamp set for beginners, or anyone who just loves to make quick and easy greeting cards. What’s fun about this stamp set is that you can use any colors and you can easily mix and match the different sentiments to make a card for almost any occasion or reason to send one!

We start by using pre-cut note cards so you don’t even need to cut any cardstock (paper). The notecards & envelopes are also perfect for beginner stampers! And then using two different ink colors we stamp a simple yet beautiful card!

If you feel like this first card is just a little too boring for your taste… don’t worry! We have more! I’ll show you how you can “step your card up” by adding a couple of layers without needing a whole lot of extra time, work, or products. A simple punched piece can add such an extra special touch!
