Super Efficient Tiny House Means Less Bills

Titan Tiny Homes in Illinois has built lots and lots of The Everest model you see in this video. But recently they decided to make some changes, specifically in terms of the tiny house's efficiently. The walls are now R30 insulated. What does this mean? In colder climates, a small mini split system can easily keep the tiny house nice and toasty inside, even on a super cold day.
