A 45 minute indoor cycling workout and turbo training session filmed during the Ardechoise Cyclosportive in France.

Follow the recommended cadences and /or the training zones for a Tempo/Threshold interval workout.

A detailed structure is available on Turbotripping.com but here are the approximate times:
The times are approximate
Tempo : various interval totalling 13 mins
Threshold : Total = 19.5 minutes made up of:
(1 x 5mins) (1 x 1.5mins)  (1 x 7mins) (1 x 6mins)

I've cycled the event several times and have now done all the distance options, apart from the 60km one, at least once.
