Скачать или смотреть Why I Don't Like *Most* HD Texture Packs

I have been told many a times to simply just get a texture pack if I feel retro games at higher res provide less than desirable visuals. Unfortunately I find most texture packs from fans and devs, aren't quite the fix most would insist they are. I feel more comfortable playing retro games with their original visuals, displayed in an original format at lower resolutions. I understand this is a bit of a hot take, but hopefully I can describe where I'm coming from. This isn't to completely put off using texture projects as there's a lot more work that goes into creating them than I can imagine. But like any art, there's no accounting for taste, and my tastes prevent most texture packs to supersede the original visuals to me in most cases.
