Intel i5 9300h Vs i7 10510u CPU Benchmark Comparison

Intel updated their 15w 10th Gen line up with Comet lake used in thin nd light laptops. How does the 4 core i7 10510u compare to the 4 core i5 9300h ? Does it make more sense to go with the cheaper i5 10210u ? Or does the six core i7 10710u make more sense?
