Ingredients needed

Rice - 2 cup (basmati or regular rice)
Bottle gourd - 1 cup chopped
Onion - 1 cup or 1 big onion
Tomato - 1
Dry red chili - 3
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp (optional)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chili powder (homemade) - 2 tsp
Salt to taste

For the seasoning

Oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - a sprig

For Garnishing
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp finely chopped

PS : you can geen peas with bottle gourd.
