Strawberry Sorbet Recipe | 2 Ingredients Sorbet No Ice Cream Machine

Ingredients:
• 300 g frozen strawberries
• 3 tablespoons of honey

Step 1:
Cut the strawberries in half and freeze them for 1 hour.

Step 2:
Add the frozen strawberries and honey to a blender and blend until smooth. I used 1 tablespoon of honey for 100 g frozen strawberries.

Step 3:
Transfer the strawberry sorbet to a container and freeze it for 2 hours.

Step 4:
Leave the strawberry sorbet to defrost for 10 minutes before trying to scoop it!
