[Traffic Cam] Encampment fires with propane explosions caught on camera

Encampment fires are a huge problem in Seattle, with the city averaging several fires each day, often under overpasses or other critical pieces of infrastructure. One camp, near I-5 in north Seattle, has been the scene of numerous fires over the past few weeks.

What look to be propane explosions can be seen at 1:35, 3:07 and 3:35.
