Extreme Sculpted Chevron Smile Line Acrylic Nail

Hiya YouTube,

Today we’ve got our Best Worst Client in and we’re sculpting looooooong Acrylic Stilettos.

I’m gonna put the tab on the perforation line before fitting the form. I’m going to prime the nail and then do a super duper thin layer of clear acrylic on all of the nails. The pointer finger and pinky finger are going to get chevron smile lines. For the other two nails I’m going to so a little guide of acrylic, super duper thin. I’ll then file the chevron smile lines so they’re extra sharp.

I’m going to paint my polish onto the chevron smile line and cure that.

For the other nails on this set, I’m going to base coat first, then marble my gel polishes on top of the cured base coat and before I pop it in the lamp, I’m going to put my plastic over the top and wrinkle it all up and cure with the plastic on. You can also use bubble wrap for this if you want, just as long as it’s a clear plastic.

Back to the chevron nails, I’m going to do the same process with the gel polish on the free edge of the nail. I’ll use Clear to encapsulate all of the gel polish. I’ll file the middle two nails and the thumb so that chevron is SHARP! I’ll then use gel polish to border the multi-coloured chevron smile lines. I’m then going to use Dainty Dolly to make another chevron line and file that again before repeating the gel polish technique and encapsulating the gel. I’ll then do my normal filing routine for all the nails.
