Geophysicist Jon Aurnou (Get to Know a Scientist!)

UCLA is full of amazing scientists! What do they all do? Well, pretty much everything you can imagine, but in this series we will meet as many of them as we can, one by one! Let's start with geophysicist Jon Aurnou. He studies fluid dynamics associated with earth's core and other planetary bodies in our solar system. And the instruments he and his team of students use to study these systems are pretty fascinating! Let's head into the UCLA spin lab for a chat and some demonstrations.
