This is the new Rolls-Royce Spectre, the carmaker's first EV. Rolls is known for their hyper luxurious and extremely quiet cars, so that makes this the most luxurious EV of all. This car is so quiet that the engineers developing it got sensory deprivation, and got sick because of how quiet this car is. It succeeds the Rolls-Royce Dawn and Wraith, and has all the Rolls Royce touches like the starlight headliner, and the umbrellas in the door.
