This Switched-Gain amplifier is implemented with three Op Amps, two analog multiplexers (analog switches) sharing common two-bit control and few resistors. All Op Amps are properly biased with dominant negative feedback that enforces virtual short. The programmable gain of this analog amplifier is computed and shown to be 1, 10, 100 and 1000 depending on the four positions of the analog switch.
