The Elite - Legendary Pistol Location - Dying Light The Beast
It’s in the National Park region, on the Red Bridge / military convoy train car bridge between the Monastery Safe Zone and the Mountain Shelter area.

Go to the bridge near the Monastery Safe Zone. There are several military train cars / containers there.
ocate a locked container. Inside is a zombie that carries the Convoy Access Card. Kill it and loot the card.
Find another container (or train car) whose door is locked and needs both power and the card to open.
On the west side of the bridge there’s a generator. Activate it.
Take the power cable from that generator, and carry / connect it to the fuse box / power coupling of the locked container / train car. That restores power to that container.
Use the Convoy Access Card on the locked door now powered up. Open it. Inside you’ll find The Elite pistol.
