How to use a WATCHMAKERS STAKING TOOL Set to fix a WOBBLY Balance on a Pocket Watch (jewel setting)

How to use a watchmakers Staking Tool to fix a wobbly balance on a pocket watch - when there is a jewel setting issue of the jewel not being pushed down far enough in the balance bridge. This video was made when I was working on the Hamilton 974 pocket watch restoration series. (For the whole series, see the link below.)

If your pocket watch balance is wobbly, the pocket watch won't work. Troubleshooting is a must. There are many issues that can cause/contribute to a wobbly balance.
This video explores one of them - when the jewel is not sitting correctly in its place.
