System Voltage Malfunction
Description:
Engine started, engine speed over 1000 rpm, TFT sensor more than 302ºF, and the PCM detected the system voltage was under 10v, or with the TFT sensor signal less than -40ºF, the PCM detected the system voltage was less than 7.3v, or it detected the system
Cause:
Check the drive belt for excessive wear and the proper tension
Check for high resistance at the battery connections or at the starter solenoid connection that connects to PCM power circuit
Check the generator output and the battery condition
