Welcome to this guided breathwork meditation video, where we will explore the power of breath, visualization, and vibration to shape our reality. In this video, we will be using three breath work techniques to help us connect with the etheric energy, also known as chi, prana, or the Holy Spirit, and release toxins from our mind, body, and soul.
Please note that I am not a licensed professional, but a magician who practices breathwork regularly. Consult your physician before trying this exercise, and find a safe and soft environment to perform it.
We will start with 24 diaphragmatic breaths, followed by 12 box breaths, and one quick inhale, followed by a forceful exhale and hold for 32 seconds. We will repeat these techniques three times, with additional reps in rounds 2 and 3.
During the exercise, I will guide you through each breath and encourage you to visualize white light filling your diaphragm, pushing out black smoke, and connecting you to the divine. We will also relax our body, slow down our breath, and refocus our mind.
Proper breathing can reduce stress, improve immunity, increase oxygen intake, blood flow, and promote better sleep. Spiritually, it can give us a heightened sense of awareness, expand our consciousness, release emotions, and deepen our connection with the divine.
